It can be complete. You can give the answer when you make the two variables dependand from each other! x = 19 – 4 y// This way if you set 1 for y, then x has to be 15, if y is 2, x has to be 11 and so on :3
It has no definite answer unless you have another set to create an elimination or addition. The question can also settle for f(x). But then again, like I said- it didn’t mention it. Thus, the question was incomplete.
